Quality Certifications
We live in one of the most beautiful places on earth, and for this reason we work very hard to ensure that we are doing everything we can, day in, day out, to safeguard the environment and the planet’s resources.
Over the years, our efforts have been geared towards growth based on a policy of high standards of quality, subjecting our various processes to strict controls that have allowed us, since 2000, to hold several different forms of quality certification.
Today, we are proud to have reached two more important milestones: Ecolabel certification, which is awarded only to those European hospitality providers that stand out for their commitment towards improving environmental quality; and our insertion into the TripAdvisor GreenLeader programme (Gold category); a status that the famous portal bestows only upon those who, like us, are involved on a daily basis in a range of “Eco-Practices”.
Our focus on local suppliers and seasonal produce, our use of dual “A” class lighting and our sophisticated system of heat recycling combined with thermo-acoustic insulation – these are the actions the have enabled us to reach maximum energy efficiency and to achieve these significant forms of recognition.
